MINƎRVA is a rock band based in London.
Mixing their strong lyrical and melodic style with their gritty rock instrumentation, MINƎRVA creates a thoughtful yet energetic sound.
Inspired by the likes of Nothing But Thieves, Muse, Badflower, and Nirvana, members M, Raph, Aleks, and Paf, strive to find the perfect mixture of hooks and heavy riffs. Coming from Mexico, Norway, France and England, they met in London where they were all studying music.
The band started as a project, just to record a cover, before they realised they liked working together, so they started MINƎRVA.
Their debut EP Bloodshot Eyes has been reviewed by the likes of RGM and Indie Buddie, featured on ditto’s indie hit list playlist and has also been played on Get In Her Ears radio show.
They are now gigging regularly in London and have played such venues as Omeara, 229, The Spice Of Life and the Islington Assembly Hall.

Raising money for War Child UK
The broadcast of their live set filmed at Cargo Rooms, was broadcast at 8:30PM on Tuesday 15th of November. They offered different rewards for donations and they managed to raise over £1,300 for charity. They are currently sitting in the top 20 artists who raised the most money for War Child UK.
The Top 20 artists that raise the most money for War Child UK will have the opportunity to present their music to a panel of music industry professionals, which includes festival bookers, booking agents, producers, DJ’s, radio presenters and music journalists.
